Gillian Wall is the Founder and Group CEO of The IBB Global Group, a Caribbean-rooted, U.S.-based enterprise. With more than 27 years of experience, she brings expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, governance and partnerships that connect enterprise with meaningful community impact.

Her work helps governments, organizations and non-profits strengthen leadership, build strategic alliances and translate shared goals into measurable, sustainable results. An independent Partner of Leadership Management International since 2002, she supports the development of leaders and teams who can sustain progress within their organizations and communities.

As a member of Access Med Global’s Advisory Board, Gillian brings this experience to the organization’s work strengthening community-led care networks. Her perspective on organizational development and governance supports the local leadership, accountability and continuity needed to make care last beyond short-term medical missions.
